Another set of core exercises that you can do every day. In this video I go over some general concepts on strengthening your abdominal muscles and explain the exercises in this month’s workout.

Abdominal workout includes:

  • Slow bicycle
  • Add slides in plank
  • Isometric boat pose
  • Starfish Get Up Sit Up
