This is another group of core exercises you can do EVERY SINGLE DAY. Having a good solid core is crucial for skiers and ANYONE who wants to lead an active outdoor life…. actually lead any life.

This time we can do them together. I explain the anatomy of the core, go over each exercise and then filmed a real time workout that you can do along with me… such fun.

The exercises are:

  • Infinity
  • Small circles left & right
  • Canoeing
  • Plank with shoulder taps
  • Long leg crunch+
