AVOID ACL INJURY when skiing… WATCH THIS!!

As I fell I heard a “pop”, is included in every skier’s worst nightmare: a torn ACL. While a torn ACL won’t stop you from skiing again, it will end your season, buy you a LONG rehab and potentially scar you for a long time. In this video you’ll learn what the ACL is, how it works and the risk factors. You’ll also learn what you can do to reduce your risks. My preseason ski workout program is being completely revamped and you’ve got the opportunity to get on the wait lis to be part of it.
